OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS.

01. Culture fit interview

Culture fit is incredibly important, and here’s where the Head of People will have a chat with you to learn how you’re lived out our core values in your past experiences.

02. Technical interview

Here, you’ll meet your hiring manager. They’ll evaluate your technical skills. They’ll also want to hear about your past wins and losses.

03. Technical Exercise

Sometimes the hiring process will require a technical exercise to asses how you could apply logic and structure to different scenarios.

04. Founders Interview

Here, you’ll have the final interview with Founders to align expectation and discuss your potential impact at IENAI SPACE.

05. OFFER

On clearing all rounds you will be given an offer.
